Each fellow answers commonly asked questions about how they approached the Echoing Green process. Lastly, we recommend that all applicants find a coach to help them through the Echoing Green process. We’ve developed a terrific Applicant Coaching Guide as well as a short slideshow presentation that discusses the most effective coaching strategies.
